HELP WANTED
The Erie County Housing Authority is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for our North East, PA team. Job DescriptionGeneral Repairs:
Fix basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.Turnover Prep:
Ready vacant housing units for incoming residents.Task Management:
Complete work orders in a timely manner.Property Care:
Perform preventive upkeep and grounds maintenance.- Respond to after-hours emergency calls. Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of two years in Maintenance, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing or HVACSkills:
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.- Communication skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and management.
