HELP WANTED
The Erie County Housing Authority is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for our North East, PA team. Job Description
    General Repairs:
    Fix basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
      Turnover Prep:
      Ready vacant housing units for incoming residents.
        Task Management:
        Complete work orders in a timely manner.
          Property Care:
          Perform preventive upkeep and grounds maintenance.
          • Respond to after-hours emergency calls. Required Qualifications
          Experience:
          Minimum of two years in Maintenance, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC
            Skills:
            Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
            • Communication skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and management.
            • Valid driver's license required. Provided Benefits
