Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple locations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in maintenance management systems. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices; experience operating company vehicles is required. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety adherence in fast-paced environments.
