Job Description

Cadence Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician II to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining facility systems and production equipment in a warehouse and cleanroom environment. This role works closely with Engineering and Operations to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Location:
Cranberry Township, PA Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with overtime and on-call support as needed.
Reports To:
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and manufacturing equipment in a warehouse and cleanroom environment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. Partner with Engineering to install, troubleshoot, repair, and implement improvements to production equipment. Calibrate specific equipment or work with outside vendors to calibrate equipment. Respond to maintenance requests and equipment downtime. Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS. Coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors as needed. Complete light carpentry work, including repairing doors, windows, and furniture. Paint and finish surfaces for upkeep and aesthetics. Maintain outdoor areas in coordination with Landlord for landscaping and general upkeep. Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements to stay compliant. Provide excellent service to internal teams by addressing facility-related concerns. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience or 3 years with Trade Certification , preferably in facility maintenance, building services, or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Comfortable using email, communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS software. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or trade certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in a manufacturing environment. Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed.
