Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Worker for our First shift team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of upkeep tasks including minor repairs, cleaning, and troubleshooting to help keep our facility safe, clean, and fully functional. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, solid technical knowledge, and takes pride in keeping buildings running smoothly. Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and reliability are a must. This is a swing shift, it will require both days and evening shifts.Responsibilities:
Perform minor fixes (e.g., repairing broken locks, fixing light fixtures) Scheduled on call Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and building systems Check control panels and electrical wiring for issues Conduct routine maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains) Maintain facility cleanliness and function Perform outdoor maintenance such as mowing, trash collection, and basic landscaping Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms) Report larger issues to theFacilities or Maintenance Manager Required SkillsQualifications:
Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and manual dexterity High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a maintenance-related apprenticeship preferred Construction expericeOur MissionValues:
