SUMMARY Under direct supervision of the Facilities Technical Group Leader, this role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment, machinery, and facility-related systems to ensure operational reliability, minimize downtime, and support efficient manufacturing operations. The role contributes to equipment performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities. Maintains documentation of same. Performs various testing and monitoring of facility to meet safety, regulatory and quality performance standards. Assists in the setting-up of equipment, workstations, and work cells. Inserts tools into machines and makes adjustments such as timing, indexing, feed rate, speed, sensing devices, and other machine parts that conform to engineering specifications and standards. Maintains production and quality logs/records. Maintains tools and work area to 5S and safety standards. Repairs or replaces defective parts on machinery or within the facility. Starts machines to test their performance, and assists workers with basic machine adjustments or repairs. Assists Janitorial department with all janitorial duties and responsibilities. May be required to make runs with company vehicle to pick-up and drop off parts and equipment. Shovel snow, treat grounds with ice melt and operate snow blower in winter months. Adhere to all company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards. Follows the official policy for Good Manufacturing Practices as required in the Medical Device Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Provides feedback and pro-active communication to supervisor, management, and co-workers to ensure efficient and effective operations. Contributes input to management based on knowledge of processes toward process and product improvement efforts of the company. EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or GED Completed technical apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or technical support within a manufacturing environment. Experience working with industrial machinery, production equipment, and maintenance processes. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Automotive) is preferred. Basic knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics. Good organizational and documentation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Flexibility to support shift operations, on-call duties, or emergency maintenance activities where applicable. Must be able to work on ladders and/or scissor lift and pass a background check with the ability to drive a company vehicle. A current, valid PA Driver's License is required.
