Job Description
A variety of maintenance responsibilities at our various sites will be required, looking for a very responsible and caring individual. $20 per hour to start with experience. Duties include Lawn Maintenance, some landscaping, light plumbing, light tree and bush trimming, painting and general outdoor maintenance. Must have own transportation. This is a part time job only, it can be done on evenings and weekends. Occasional times upon request by the manager or the needs of community. Some snow removal needs would be mandatory times depending on snow storms.
