Compensation from $19.00 to $20.00/hour (based upon experience)
Available Positions:
Part Time Evening 3:00pm - 9:00pm with Occasional Holidays Part Time Every Weekend 7:00am - 3:00pm with
Occasional Holidays Janitor/Floor Tech Qualifications:
Prior experience operating floor cleaning and housekeeping equipment required Valid driver's license required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to read and write Ability to perform basic math calculations regarding chemical concentration Ability to work independently Expectations and Responsibilities of a
Janitor/Floor Tech:
Responsible for hard surface floor care including stripping, refinishing and buffing. Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning (this includes spot cleaning and shampooing). Operates housekeeping equipment such as scrubbers and extractors Performs special cleaning of isolation rooms as assigned. Completes interior and exterior cleaning in all seasons.
Performs duties of housekeeping aide:
Clean and sanitize all areas such as walls, windows, curtains, lights, mirrors, furniture, vents, sinks, toilets, as well as sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets, and dusting all surfaces utilizing universal precautions Refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, tissues, and hand towels. Empty trash receptacles and remove trash from work area. Moves furniture for cleaning purposes. Observes and reports the need for repair to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures. Maintains cleanliness of work area, including housekeeping carts, closets and equipment.
