Education Requirements Technical certification, apprenticeship, or post-secondary training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, hands-on maintenance experience, and technical training will be considered. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and safety procedures. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and email communication. Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, machine repair, or facilities maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment. Ability to perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and repair work in a manufacturing environment. Experience with welding, cutting torches, machine tools, and equipment fabrication preferred. Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, automated machinery, and industrial controls is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience maintaining overhead cranes, powered industrial equipment, and company vehicles. Familiarity with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, industrial wiring, and machine diagnostics. Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a safety-first mindset. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and working in industrial environments. Ability to safely operate maintenance tools, welding equipment, and machine shop equipment. Ability to work around moving machinery, electrical systems, and manufacturing equipment while following all safety requirements. Job Duties Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime. Install, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, wiring, PLCs, robotics, and automated machinery. Perform preventive maintenance activities and maintain accurate maintenance records. Maintain overhead cranes, company vehicles, powered equipment, and facility infrastructure. Fabricate and repair machine components using lathes, mills, grinders, welding equipment, and cutting tools. Install and maintain piping systems, valves, gauges, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Coordinate maintenance projects, contractor services, inspections, and repair schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety and maintenance standards. What You Will Do As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
