Industrial Maintenance Technician - $30+/hr Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm + Overtime | Temp-to-Perm We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and previous machine shop or manufacturing maintenance experience . Waterjet maintenance experience is highly desired, and candidates with this experience will be prioritized for interviews!

What You'll Do:

Maintain and repair waterjets, presses, shears, forklifts, air compressors, and other production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues Diagnose equipment breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize downtime Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and equipment adjustments Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and general facility maintenance Follow all safety and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Machine shop or manufacturing maintenance experience strongly preferred Waterjet and/or CNC maintenance experience is

REQUIRED.

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (120V, 240V, and 480V preferred) Experience with industrial equipment such as presses, shears, forklifts, and air compressors Welding, fabrication, machining, laser, or plasma cutting experience is a plus Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently

$30+/hour, based on experience

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm + overtime
