Title:
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Location:
Ellwood City, PA Employment:
Permanent, full-time with overtime opportunities
Shift:
1st shift, Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (varies if working overtime)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday; occasional optional Saturdays 5:00am-1:00pm
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Core responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal uptime. Troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools, technical documentation, and collaboration with teammates. Repair and replace defective parts; correct electrical and mechanical issues; conduct alignment and calibration. Support equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades (including automation and tech enhancements). Document work orders, repair notes, and maintenance histories for trend analysis and planning. Uphold strict safety practices with lockout/tagout procedures and appropriate PPE. Qualifications Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. High School Graduate plus trade school certification or related on-the-job training.
