Maintenance Technician 2 (Multi-Family Housing) Arbors Management Inc.
Delmont, PA Schedule:
Full-Time, Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) + Rotating On-Call Coverage About the Role Arbors Management is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to handle hands-on repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across 2 residential communities located in Delmont, PA . Key Responsibilities of a
Maintenance Technician General Maintenance:
Perform intermediate repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and basic HVAC/appliance service.
Unit Turnover:
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (painting, drywall repair, fixture updates, and mechanical checks).
Tech-Enabled Workflows:
Utilize a smartphone and laptop daily to manage, update, and close out maintenance work orders digitally.
On-Call Emergency Response:
Participate in a rotating schedule with team members to provide coverage for off-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies.
Grounds & Safety:
Keep properties clean, safe, and curb-appealing; perform basic seasonal upkeep (landscaping in the summer, snow clearing/salting in the winter).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
2-4 years of proven intermediate experience in residential or commercial building maintenance trades.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and laptops to navigate property management software for daily tasks.
Licensing & Screening:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required. Must pass standard background checks and drug screenings.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in varying physical positions throughout the day.
