Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delmont, PA. The Job Title role focuses on supporting customers through their shopping experience, from initial consultation to final purchase and fittings, ensuring they feel confident and informed in their choices. Day-to-day responsibilities may include greeting and guiding customers, providing product knowledge, coordinating with alterations and other store teams, and maintaining a welcoming, organized sales floor. The role also involves using point-of-sale systems, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to meet store performance goals and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications Customer service and client-facing skills, including the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build positive relationships with a diverse range of customers. Retail, sales, or hospitality experience, with skills in product recommendation, upselling or cross-selling, and supporting team and store targets. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple appointments, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with basic technology and point-of-sale systems, including learning new tools and following standard operating procedures. Collaborative mindset, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday or event seasons. Attention to detail and an interest in fashion, bridal, and formalwear; previous experience in apparel or specialty retail is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in retail, fashion merchandising, or customer experience is beneficial.
