JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators Identify and diagnose deficiencies with the system and take measures to correct deficiencies Identify the need for and perform Mid-level to advanced level Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property. Assist with creating Preventative maintenance schedule and follow such schedule Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, chemicals, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop Able to utilize ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment Transports and moves equipment as necessary Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIRED
A high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred Certification in a trade and two to four years of experience in facilities maintenance Two or more years as a Maintenance Technician I or a combination of Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification Must complete all required company training
