1st Shift - 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
• 1st Shift schedule, generally around 6:00 AM-2:00 PM. The company adjusts its shift schedule approximately every six months. Depending on the current operating schedule, the workweek may be Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday.

We are seeking:
experience troubleshooting robotics, automation, and material handling systems The Maintenance Technician will support the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of distribution center equipment, facility systems, and warehouse automation. This position plays an important role in maintaining equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance while helping minimize downtime.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Equipment Maintenance Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, printers, scanners, lifts, robotics, material handling systems, and warehouse automation equipment. Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation equipment. Replace wear components including belts, rollers, bearings, sensors, motors, and other equipment parts. Respond to equipment breakdowns and help resolve operational issues quickly. Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, gearboxes, conveyor systems, and related equipment. Perform basic facility maintenance, including minor installations, electrical and plumbing repairs, drywall patching, and fixture maintenance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and required documentation. Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Continue developing technical skills and knowledge to support increasingly complex equipment and systems. Safety & Operations Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and facility safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize equipment downtime. Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs effectively with internal teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED. Maintenance experience, technical training, military technical experience, or demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn maintenance procedures, equipment diagnostics, and preventative maintenance practices. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Ability to work at heights. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, approximately 6-8 hours per shift.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with warehouse automation, conveyors, sortation systems, AutoStore, ASRS, or other material handling equipment. Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or controls-related systems. Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial controls. Experience with robotics and automated warehouse systems. Experience with CMMS/maintenance management systems. Experience conducting root-cause investigations and implementing corrective actions. Associate degree, technical certification, trade school, vocational training, or equivalent practical education.
