Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join a team of two technicians responsible for maintaining a 100 unit affordable housing community.
A dedicated custodian is also on site, allowing maintenance staff to focus on repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and resident service requests. Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting Completing work orders Refurbishing turnovers Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary Grounds maintenance, snow removal 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle Pay depending on experience.
