What You'll Do As our Overhead Door & Dock Mechanic/Installer, you'll be in the field doing meaningful, skilled work every day: Install, repair, and maintain overhead doors, loading dock equipment, and industrial door systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Use hand and power tools effectively across a variety of job sites Build genuine relationships with customers through excellent on-site service Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time on each job What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in overhead door or dock equipment installation and repair (preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Experience with welding and fabrication (a plus!) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A team-first mindset with sharp communication skills Ready to build something?
