Job Specific Task List:

Performs routine facilities duties to warehouse, grounds and event set up, tear-down work.

• (Essential) Operates equipment needed to perform duties.
• (Essential) Performs cyclical facilities duties to include moving furniture in classrooms and offices.
• (Essential) Assists with grounds work, mowing, weeding and mulching.
• (Essential) Prepares rooms for meetings and events as requested.
• (Essential) Completes assigned work orders as related to warehouse, grounds and event set up and tear-down.
• (Essential) Other duties as assigned.
