Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman to join our team, dedicated to maintaining and improving the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across various environments, ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and construction regulations. Your proactive approach will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming space for everyone. Duties Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or potential issues requiring attention. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards and workplace safety regulations. Repair or replace equipment using power tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal operation. Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures as needed for repairs or inspections, always prioritizing respiratory protection and fall safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including safety compliance documentation and equipment repair logs. Experience Proven experience in construction or maintenance roles with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, power tools, and manual handling techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following all workplace safety guidelines. Prior experience working at heights or climbing structures safely is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
