Job Description

We're working with a growing manufacturer launching a new production facility in the Lansdale area. They're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help install new equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support the operation as production ramps up. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working on a variety of machinery, and having a visible impact in a growing plant. What You'll Be Doing
  • Install, start up, and maintain production equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on presses, feeders, conveyors, and automated machinery
  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Support equipment changeovers and production startups
  • Work with motors, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, and controls
  • Help improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working on manufacturing or production equipment
  • Comfortable reading electrical schematics and using multimeters
  • Experience with machine installations is a plus
  • Team-oriented with a strong safety mindset What You'll Get
