Position:

Full-Time, Hourly Hours:

40 hours per week

Schedule:

Generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in start time

Weekends:

Some weekend work is required

Overtime:

Occasional overtime may be required

Do you have at least 3 years as an experienced maintenance professional who is dependable, hands-on, and enjoys a fast-paced environment? Our hotel in the heart of Hershey is looking for a Maintenance Leader to help keep our hotel, guest rooms, and equipment operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs Complete painting and drywall repairs Perform minor plumbing repairs Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms Assist with HVAC and other basic mechanical repairs Maintain and monitor the hotel swimming pool, with required certification provided Respond to maintenance requests Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Interact professionally with guests and work effectively as part of a team
