Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Hotel Maintenance Engineer to help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and operating at the highest standards for our guests. If you have experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance—and take pride in providing outstanding service—we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time position with benefits , offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot and maintain commercial refrigeration, ice machines, air handling units, and HVAC equipment. Complete general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and help ensure an exceptional guest experience. Follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures. Assist with inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred. Experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize work and provide excellent customer service. Ability to read and follow safety and maintenance instructions. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
