Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for a direct hire position based in Huntingdon, PA. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role performed entirely onsite. The compensation for this position ranges from $55,000.00 to $62,525.00 annually. Core Responsibilities Utilize advanced mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure plant machinery remains operational Address equipment and utility malfunctions while executing proactive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Provide technical support and direction to both skilled and unskilled team members regarding maintenance projects Execute specialized tasks as required, including assisting with basic craft duties Utilize precision measurement devices and specialized tools to facilitate accurate repairs Foster team growth by training and assessing the qualifications of production and craft staff Ensure all tools, ladders, and equipment are maintained and assist in facilitating OSHA-mandated inspections Document maintenance activities by completing work orders, inventory logs, and necessary audit records Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all shared departmental workspaces Support the upkeep and maintenance of electrical substations and associated infrastructure Oversee the procurement and inventory management of essential parts and supplies Facilitate the movement of equipment, furniture, and supplies throughout the facility Perform general facility maintenance, including the application of protective coatings and paint Contribute to the success of internal safety and housekeeping initiatives Perform additional tasks as requested by management Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in multi-craft mechanical and electrical systems Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety protocols and maintenance best practices Technical aptitude for using computer systems to manage reporting and documentation Capability to work in an onsite environment and manage physical tasks involving various tools Required Skills Electrical and Electronic Systems knowledge Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair Mechanical Assembly expertise Equipment Repair and Maintenance capabilities
