Job Description

Cardinal LG, a laminated glass manufacturer in Jessup, is looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician who is dependable, has a positive attitude, and works effectively in a team environment.
Brief Job Description :
The work will include maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing production and facilities equipment.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 10-hour rotating schedule from 2:30pm - 1:00am with a rotating 4-day weekend
Rate:
$22.50
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, Technical 2-year degree or a minimum of 1 year of verifiable industrial work.
Experience:
None Needed. On the job training provided with the above education. Preferred 2 years of industrial electrical, mechanical, welding, or HVAC work.
Brief Job Description:
The work will include maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing production and facilities equipment.
Dress Code:
PPE materials and gear will be provided as needed per task. Adherence to PPE will be mandatory.
Essential Job Tasks:
Work on 3 phase 480VAC electrical equipment along with 240Vac, 120Vac and low voltage DC instrumentation. PLC controlled equipment. Mechanical work will be on pneumatic, some hydraulics and multiple chain drives and gearboxes. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Must be able to bend, twist, squat, kneel or stand for long periods of time
