Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform general facility maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial repairs Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including the production areas, office, restrooms and cafeteria Manage inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies Communicate effectively with management on status of projects and complete them in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience High School Diploma or equivalent

Solid organizational skills, including adherence to schedules Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Strong initiative, integrity, and the desire and ability to work both individually and in a team environment Mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
