  • 7am•7 nights a week Salary range: $32•35/hr.

(depending on experience) Job Summary We are looking for individuals to join our client's team as Maintenance Mechanic

  • Plant Operations.

You will perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulation; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Job Description The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%. Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties: Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Inspect mechanical components of vehicles to identify problems. Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear. Read technical information needed to perform maintenance or repairs. Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts. Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning. Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems. Maintain work equipment or machinery. Assemble mechanical components or machine parts. Assemble electrical components, subsystems, or systems. Install electrical components, equipment, or systems. Test fluids to identify contamination or other problems. Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order. Order materials, supplies, or equipment. Install machine or equipment replacement parts. Lay out work according to specifications. Clean work areas. Assemble structural components.
