Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Lititz, PA.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities for the

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery to maximize equipment uptime and meet production requirements.

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting involving motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, servo systems, and temperature controls.

Complete equipment setups, adjustments, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections accurately and efficiently.

Support equipment reliability through condition monitoring, thermography, lubrication, defect elimination, and preventive maintenance activities.

Partner with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and increase productivity, quality, and safety.

Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and safely operate forklifts and high-lift equipment as required.

Equipment Experience for the

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:

Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Fillers, baggers, flow wrappers, case erectors, labelers, and packaging equipment

Presses, welders, wire-forming, and fabrication equipment

PLCs, servo systems, robotics, sensors, and automated controls

Mixing, feeding, and material-handling systems

Chillers and supporting facility equipment

Qualifications for the

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:

High school diploma/GED

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or high-volume manufacturing experience required

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on machine troubleshooting, repair, and setup experience

Basic electrical troubleshooting skills; hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation experience

Ability to use basic measurement and machining tools with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively in English and successfully complete required technical qualification testing

Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
