Job Description
Job Description Myco Properties is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our commercial and industrial properties. This position will focus on preventive maintenance, property inspections, cleanup, organization, minor repairs, and general maintenance work. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance General building and property maintenance Minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs Interior and exterior property cleanup Keep maintenance areas, tools, equipment, and supplies organized Seasonal building and property maintenance Prepare and clean vacant spaces as needed Assist with maintenance, repair, and improvement projects Move, load, unload, and dispose of materials Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Perform general labor and other property-related tasks as needed Qualifications General maintenance or hands-on experience preferred Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to work independently Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and perform physical work Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined individual with basic maintenance experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hands-on work, can work independently, and is willing to take on a variety of maintenance and property-related tasks.
