Onsite, 40 hours per week Core Duties Execute repairs, troubleshooting, and routine upkeep for facility infrastructure and machinery. Support production teams to help maintain consistent and seamless operational flow. Keep the maintenance workspace tidy and systematically arranged. Oversee production and auxiliary systems, including mold configuration and documentation of service tasks. Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics while diagnosing PLC-based systems. Manage high and low voltage electrical tasks while strictly adhering to NFPA 70 and OSHA safety protocols. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance cycles on building systems and production hardware to improve long-term equipment reliability. Partner with cross-functional teams to boost overall productivity and reduce equipment downtime. Inspect robotics and machinery to verify they are operating safely and at peak performance levels. Provide support during the installation and configuration of new automation, robotics, and specialized equipment. Manage the spare parts inventory and alert the Maintenance Manager when stock levels require replenishment. Apply fundamental knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic principles to interpret technical documentation. Verify that all hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical safety mechanisms meet OSHA and industry compliance standards. Maintain a clean work environment in accordance with internal facility guidelines. Professional Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in mechanical or maintenance roles. Proficiency in diagnosing issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical platforms. Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and PLC system operations. Strong organizational capabilities for managing parts and inventory. Competency in reading and understanding technical specifications and blueprints.
