Job Description
Maintenance Technician - Immediate Opening We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine property maintenance, preparing rental units for new tenants through property turnovers, and responding promptly to maintenance requests. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, appliance installation and repairs, general troubleshooting, and ensuring our properties remain safe and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Previous maintenance experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.
