Job Description

Maintenance Technician - Keep It Running. Keep It Safe. Fix it. Fine-tune it. Future-proof it. We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving problems, getting things done, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly to assist within our companies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, equipment and electrical issues Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems Install and align new equipment, wiring, pipe systems, and more Work from blueprints, manuals, and checklists to ensure precise repairs Use a range of tools from wrenches and saws to precision testing equipment Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and downtime Perform facilities maintenance to keep the workplace safe and functional Report defective materials, equipment faults, and safety concerns promptly What You Bring to the
Table:
3+ years of hands-on maintenance or industrial repair experience Solid understanding of electrical systems Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Experience with troubleshooting motors, belts, bearings, and hydraulics Comfortable working with both mechanical and electrical systems Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing devices Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset Clear communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team Why Join Viocity Group?
