Shift Maintenance Technician Duties:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements on all plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Coordinate and schedule external service providers when necessary (Maintenance Foreman only).
Procure replacement parts and supplies for equipment as needed (Maintenance Foreman only). Conduct routine safety inspections on designated machinery and equipment.
Assist with additional responsibilities as required, in alignment with the flexible nature of working in a small company environment

Job Requirements Requirements:

1•2 years of maintenance experience in a Manufacturing Setting•Knowledge of and direct or related experience of repair and maintenance of equipment, especially machinery used in the specialty steel industry.

Knowledge of electrical machine repair and maintenance is essential.
Knowledge of burning and welding.
Pneumatic, Hydraulic, YTE pertaining to Lathe and Milling Machine in order to Yield and Tensile Strength Testing.
