Entry-Level Service/ Maintenance Technician

Job Summary All Pro Trailer Superstore, Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mechanicburg, PA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and learning mechanical and maintenance skills. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This role includes a combination of trailer assembly, shop maintenance, property upkeep, and general support for our service department. Responsibilities Assist with building and assembling trailers Perform basic trailer maintenance and repairs Mow grass and maintain outdoor property areas Help maintain shop cleanliness and organization Assist with upkeep of buildings, grounds, and facilities Install trailer parts and accessories Use hand tools and shop equipment safely Support technicians and service staff as needed Follow all shop and safety procedures Experience Basic mechanical or maintenance experience Experience using hand tools or lawn equipment Trailer, automotive, landscaping, farming, or construction experience is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts Overtime opportunites Training and advancement opportunities Schedule Full-time Monday
