Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules. Work on food-grade equipment, boilers, conveyors, and manufacturing machinery. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components and equipment. Utilize schematics, blueprints, and mechanical knowledge for repairs. Essential Skills Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Mechanical repair skills including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components. Experience with preventive maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67600.00 - $83200.00/yr. Vacation/Benefits info Given 2 weeks PTO right away, a month after hire. from 1-6 years of service you will earn a total of 144 hours. Cannot carry hours over into the next year, but can at end of year cash in up to 40 hours of PTO. 32 hours of sick leave for the year - will be prorated based on when their start date is if they get the full amount right away.
