Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Maintain company property with care, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping. Wash & detail company trucks and trailers to keep our fleet looking sharp and ready to roll. Handle general cleanup tasks around the shop, yard, and facility — both inside and outside. Assist with driving or errands as needed, supporting the team where help is needed most. Follow safety standards, keep equipment in good working order, and take pride in a job well done. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our Ideal Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Experienced:
Brings prior experience in property upkeep, landscaping, or vehicle maintenance. Education isn't required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone ready to learn and work hard.
Reliable & Accountable:
Shows up consistently, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in a job well done.
Independent & Responsible:
Works efficiently with minimal supervision, follows safety standards, and takes ownership of results.
Versatile & Hands-on:
Adapts easily between landscaping, maintenance, washing, and driving tasks throughout the day.
Active:
Able to bend, stand, kneel, and lift to 50 lbs. while working both indoors and outdoors. Holds a valid driver's license with at least five years of safe driving history.
