Pay rate based on experience and certifications. We are seeking someone with HVAC (EPA universal certification) carpentry, remodeling and handyman type skills but it is very helpful to have electrical experience, and plumbing. We need someone who is comfortable troubleshooting and repairing systems. This is year round work. There are no layoffs.

Duties may include:

HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Carpentry and minor remodeling Electrical repairs and troubleshooting General building maintenance Plumbing repairs Drywall and painting Property inspections Turnover and make-ready work Emergency maintenance response

Requirements:

$22.60 - $32.69 per hour
