Summary:

AS A MAINTENANCE

MECHANIC, you will inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust and maintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning equipment. You will also involve carpentry and steam generation equipment.

Other information:

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and controls. Possess a Universal CFC license (Section 608 Technician Certification Card) OR have a journey person level skills in Carpentry, Plumbing, electrical, painting and ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to pass written and practical exams. Willingness to work overtime and participate in snow removal.
