1722206 United Talent Staffing is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and keeping equipment and facility systems operating safely and efficiently.

$27.00-$28.00/hour based on experience

PM Schedule:

Monday-Friday What You'll Do Perform preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general facility issues. Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before they cause breakdowns or production downtime. Respond to maintenance requests and equipment issues throughout the workday. Perform general facility repairs and upkeep as needed. Assist with equipment installations, facility upgrades, and modifications. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and unsafe conditions and take appropriate corrective action. Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Work closely with production personnel to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Previous industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and/or chillers is strongly preferred. Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and common maintenance and diagnostic tools. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs. Comfortable working a Monday-Friday day shift in a manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on maintenance position. Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and performing tasks that may require bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Some maintenance tasks may require working in tight or awkward positions. Why Consider This Opportunity?
