Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to excellence, safety, and efficiency across all manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct electrical work involving wiring, circuit testing, and electrical equipment repair to ensure compliance with safety standards. Execute plumbing system maintenance and repair tasks, including pipe fitting, leak detection, and fixture servicing. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for carpentry, painting, facilities maintenance, and general repairs. Lead or assist with facilities equipment maintenance projects while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Required Technical Skills Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) within a manufacturing or facilities environment. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and the ability to read schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools (including ohmmeters), and maintenance painting techniques. Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to guide others. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Experience Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience specifically within a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on safety. Education High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical degree or certification in a related field preferred). Why Join Us?
Competitive Compensation:
Our technicians earn competitive wages with opportunities for significant overtime pay. Starting pay could be up to $35/per hour depending on experience.
