Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Maintenance Technician at our apartment community in New Castle! This is an affordable housing complex with 130 units. The maintenance technician will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/grounds keeping to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors. Must be motivated, available to work in all weather conditions and "on call" for emergencies. (This will be on a rotating basis) We offer: Monday through Friday work schedule (rotating on call) The ideal candidate would be experienced with service and repair in the following areas: Appliance Repair Electrical Basic Plumbing HVAC experience is a plus!

Drywall Painting Additional Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented, willing to learn new skills. Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience. Join our team! Pre-employment drug screening, physical and background check will be required.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
