Job Description

Please do not contact the location as they cannot provide information about the position or the status of your application. This position requires a clean driving record and valid drivers license. On call is available and will be paid in addition to hourly rate. Tasks include but are not limited to: Handyman, maintenance of infrastructure, grounds keeping, home inventory renovations, preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, preventative maintenance and repair of septic systems, repairs and other maintenance related tasks on a daily basis. Infrastructure Maintain connections for water, sewer/septic, electric Prepare property for home delivery/removal Perform general maintenance/repairs as required based on property type Grounds Mowing, edge trimming, shrub/branch trimming and general maintenance of common areas Snow shoveling and plowing Home Inventory Renovations Repair/Clean out homes to get ready for sale Winterization as per procedures Inspect and maintain to keep ready for sale Rentals Inspect for and complete maintenance issues Perform turn on/off process Vehicles and Equipment Inspection of vehicles and equipment before and after use Perform scheduled preventative maintenance as required Use vehicles and equipment in a manner to avoid damage and unnecessary repairs Physical Demands Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80lbs Must be able to stand, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and twist repetitively Must be able to stand continuously for long periods Must be able to climb ladders and tolerate heights Must be able to tolerate climate changes Must be able to accommodate fluctuating on-call schedule Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of general construction, plumbing, electric, septic systems Ability to operate power tools and outdoor power equipment Ability to understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Attention to detail and accuracy Valid driver's license and clean driving record Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
