In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC system repair, and mechanical systems maintenance while contributing to the smooth daily operations of our organization. Duties Perform routine inspections, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical components following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with company procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients about repair status or system issues. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting purposes. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, appliance installation, and kitchen equipment maintenance is highly desirable. Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices including equipment repair and preventive maintenance routines. Familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology trends and best practices for maintaining modern mechanical systems. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with leadership qualities to guide junior technicians when necessary. Must be able to travel between buildings.
