Schedule:
Monday - Friday (4pm - 12am) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors as needed. Clean commercial buildings, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash. Travel to our Koppers building on 7th Avenue to complete floor care and specialty cleaning projects. Operate floor-cleaning equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, carpet machines, pressure washers, and wet/dry vacuums. Follow safety procedures and properly place safety barricades in work areas.
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of floor-care experience preferred. Commercial cleaning or flooring experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation. Steel-toed shoes required when applicable. Ability to work in hot conditions and perform physical labor.
