In this on-site production role, you will produce and finish high-quality vinyl signs for billboards, digital displays, and transit formats. Responsibilities include operating large-format printers, plotters, and laminators; trimming, mounting, and packaging graphics; and checking files and work orders for accuracy and color quality. You'll coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams to meet tight deadlines, maintain equipment and inventory, and follow strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Produce, print, and finish vinyl signs and graphics for outdoor advertising campaigns Operate large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently Prepare, trim, mount, and package vinyl for installation teams to meet project deadlines Review work orders and digital files for accuracy, color quality, and brand compliance Maintain equipment, materials, and work area; perform basic troubleshooting and upkeep Coordinate with designers, sales, and operations to ensure job specs are met Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper labeling and documentation Manage inventory of vinyl, inks, and supplies; communicate needs to supervisors Follow safety procedures and quality standards in a production environment Support continuous improvement in production workflow and turnaround times Required Skills Large-format printing operation Vinyl cutting, weeding, and application Color management and print quality control File preparation for print (PDF, AI, EPS) Sign shop tools and finishing techniques Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Production scheduling and time management Inventory management for print materials Reading work orders and technical specs Workplace safety in production environments
