Commercial Pool Building Foreman - Construction Position Overview An established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Commercial Pool Building Foreman to lead and work alongside field crews on commercial swimming pool and aquatic facility projects. This is a hands-on, working foreman position . The successful candidate must have commercial pool construction experience and be willing to travel to project locations. Experience with pools for hotels, resorts, waterparks, universities, colleges, school districts, municipal facilities, and recreation centers is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside crews on commercial pool construction projects. Direct daily crew activities and maintain project schedules. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Coordinate work with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades. Perform hands-on construction work and troubleshoot field issues. Oversee applicable pool construction activities including excavation, layout, forming, rebar, concrete/shotcrete, plumbing, equipment, finishes, and related work. Monitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and jobsite organization. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite needs. Communicate daily progress, manpower, material requirements, and issues to project management. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Travel to commercial project locations as required. Qualifications Commercial pool construction experience is required. Experience with large-scale commercial or institutional aquatic facilities. Proven experience leading a construction crew. Hands-on, working-foreman mentality. Ability to read construction plans and specifications. Strong understanding of pool construction methods and sequencing. Ability to work with contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades. Valid driver's license.
