Are you a jack of all trades? Experienced working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general handy man kind of work? Enjoy working independently? Have a property maintenance experience? Look not further, we have the job for you! Our client, a well known townhouse complex in the Red Lion area is hiring a Part Time Property Maintenance Tech to assist with the routine maintenance and repairs within the complex of 93 townhouses.
Working Days:
Mon, Wed, Fri from 8:30am-5pm Job Responsibilities include: Schedules, monitors and/or performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns. Diagnoses problems and perform basic repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, and appliances. Ensures that work orders requests are responded to promptly and professionally. Ensures residential units have been turned in a timely & efficient manner, as well as determines if work has been completed properly. Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance Manager to items that require repair. Communicates with Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property. Education and/or
Experience:
