Manfredi Cold Storage & Distribution — Toughkenamon, PA Overview Manfredi Cold Storage & Distribution is seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Professional with strong electrician and refrigeration HVAC experience to join our team. This role is critical to ensure our cold storage operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with expertise in HVAC systems, building maintenance, and equipment repair in a refrigerated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems. Maintain and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, and associated refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues across the facility. Assist in general facility upkeep, including lighting, doors, dock equipment, sprinklers, and structural components. Ensure temperature control systems are operating within safety and compliance standards. Maintain detailed service records for all systems and equipment. Assist with project planning, renovation work, and installation of new equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or trade certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility maintenance Universal EPA certification is a plus, will train. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical/electromechanical systems. Experience in cold storage, food distribution, or industrial environments is strongly preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments.

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
