Job Summary A valuable member of our team as a maintenance technician you will work with the production department and production manager to assure that all equipment is running safely and efficiently. Applicant must be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening and MVR. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance for heavy industrial machinery and vehicles. Oil, grease, fill flids and make adjustments on machinery in order to keep them running efficiently. Follow periodic maintenance instructions, procedures and schedules Complete maintenance logs and signoff sheets Perform equipment repairs. Assist with equipment installation. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by functioning and communicating effectively with co-workers, and supervisors. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical & Electrical experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift fifty pounds Must be able to repetitively use hand tools. Must be able to climb steps, walk over uneven or obstructed surfaces Must be able to work in a dirty, dusty, greasy, oily environment Must be able to wear a respirator and dusk mask as required Must be able to work in elevated areas
