We are seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial Fence Installers to join our growing team. This is not residential fence work — our projects include security fencing, chain link, ornamental steel, crash-rated systems, and large-scale industrial installations. Responsibilities Layout and install commercial/industrial fencing systems (chain link, steel, security fence, gates) Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specs Measure, mark, and establish fence lines Dig post holes, set posts, and pour concrete Install rails, panels, fabric, barbed wire, and gates Operate equipment (augers, skid steers, lifts, etc.) Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specs Work with foreman, GC, and site teams to stay on schedule Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites Experience in commercial or industrial fencing (preferred) Experience with: Chain link (including stretching) Steel/ornamental fencing Gates (swing/slide) Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) OSHA knowledge / safety-first mindset What We Offer Competitive pay + overtime Steady, year-round commercial work Opportunity for advancement Strong team environment Benefits We are looking for hard working, honest & reliable new field fence installers.
