Maintenance Technician BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in search of a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This person will be trained by the Lead Maintenance Technician on 1st shift for a few months then it will become a 3rd shift role (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM). Overview:

Keep all production equipment running safely and efficiently. Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, calibration, and repairs across a wide range of industrial manufacturing equipment. Install replacement parts, equipment upgrades, and new machinery; support startup, testing, and verification. Perform MIG welding and fabrication or repair work as needed. Assist outside contractors with PM work, equipment installations, and facility improvement projects. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activity including repairs, PMs, parts used, and work completed. Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Requirements:

Mechanical or maintenance background with the discipline to stay ahead of problems before they hit the floor. MIG welding ability a plus. Comfortable working across mechanical systems such as blasters and ovens. Follows OSHA requirements, LOTO procedures, and electrical safety practices without being reminded. Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces in an active manufacturing environment. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
