Job Description

Location:
West Chester, PA Pay:
Dependent on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM, with occasional early starts, late finishes, or overnight trips to fit client schedules.
Learn a Skilled Trade. Move Up Fast. From production to installation, you'll be part of every step. One week you might print a floor-to-ceiling mural in the shop and wrap it across a company lobby. The next, you're manufacturing vehicle graphics and installing them, or putting up signs across a university campus. At Precision Graphix , every project is different, and you'll see the results of your work everywhere you go. We're a growing sign and graphics company that has served the local community, universities, retailers, and corporate clients across the region since 2015.   • Train alongside our internal team. Learn vinyl graphics, wall murals, and shop production. 6-12 months

  • Step into a Lead Installer or Production Specialist role: running jobs, working directly with clients, and training new team members. Beyond
  • Crew lead, project coordination, or specialized equipment roles.
We promote from within. What You'll Learn We'll train you on everything from vinyl lettering and wall murals to wallpaper, privacy film, fabric display systems, ADA signage, dimensional letters, and interior and exterior signs. You'll also learn how graphics get printed and produced in our shop, plus the professional installation and job site safety practices that make you valuable anywhere in the trade. What You'll Do Travel to client sites across the region to install signs and graphics Read layouts, blueprints, and installation drawings Work with experienced installers to finish projects safely, accurately, and on schedule Help with material prep and production in our shop Produce and install vehicle graphics in our shop Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and other trades on site Suggest better, faster ways to handle installs and production. We want your ideas. Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good shape
  • Most work is indoors, with some exterior installs. What We Offer Hourly pay
  • depending on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Simple IRA retirement plan Company vehicle and tools provided for work All work travel paid Overtime available during busy periods Hands-on training on specialized equipment A team that wants you to succeed and move up Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and stay on your feet for 8-10 hour days Comfortable reading a tape measure and following drawings Nice to have, but not required: experience with hand tools or in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, automotive, or a related trade, and OSHA 10/30 or lift certifications.
